Retinal scan posting, trials under way in the UK

by Ian Gallifant 9. July 2010 01:11

Since a trip to the optician can potentially flag up an underlying condition such as diabetes or high blood pressure, the ability to receive high resolution images and to be able to share them with trusted partners in an individuals health space is a fantastic example of the value of Zaptag and personal health record technology.
